Clean room and friendly staff . Lovely stay

Can not fault this hotel large selection for breakfast and would recommend evening meal we will return

The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent !

Checked okay parking was close, the lift was out of order so walked to room not really a problem, but staff member sent me me on a 10min walk around the hotel with their instructions on how to get to the room, I later discovered a much quicker way using an alternative staircase, room was clean and well maintained. WiFi not the best but definitely useable. I cannot comment on food as I didn't eat in the hotel but there are some nice restaurants nearby.

was given upgrade on arrival very nice staff and great room. Its a 15 min walk to town center but worth it overall excelent place to stay

Sam and Annie are delightful hosts. The views are stunning, breakfast is top notch and the property is well located for the Tarka Trail and the restaurants in town

Lovely residence, clean and comfy. All staff were cheerful, polite, helpful and attentive. My youngest was thrilled about the peacocks roaming the site. Great base to explore, a day out to Bude, only 25mins away...Thoroughly enjoyable all round.

Fantastic views

When we arrived it was dark so we had no idea where we were, the lady in reception was very friendly and gave us a choice of two rooms, the rooms were clean and tidy, unfortunately the hotel only does breakfast but the lady pointed us in the right direction for food. It was a lovey quite night and when we got up and looked out the window....omg...what a view, we were right by the sea on the edge of a cliff. Beautiful B&B with a sea view, very clean & lots of added extras. Coffee machine & chocolate treats. Very clean.

The complete package at reasonable cost. The whole ethos of the hotel from the staff to the facilities make you feel good to be there. Love it !
