"Hilton Garden Club was really nice. What made the trip non-inviting is the marketing group at check in. Check in was great, front desk staff was extremely nice, but once we checked in you were directed to a stand for our "welcome package" where the marketing team fast talks you into a $40 deposit to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation for a timeshare. I was there with my husband and son for a quick overnight vacation, not a marketing sales pitch."

"I stayed 4 nights. I noticed several things, The shelf in the bathroom is held on by duck tape. There is no safe in the room to keep valuables in. No coffee maker. Tiny Water bottles. On the first night after check-in, the TV was not working. So I called the service desk to get it fixed. No one came that night. The next day I went to the service desk in person to let them know and they stated someone would come up to fix it. I was out of my room for several hours. When I returned still no TV....

"I had an appalling check-in experience at the Las Vegas Renaissance on 6/4/2026. Arriving late with my son, the receptionist, Rachel, refused to check us in because the reservation was under my wife's name. Despite showing my ID with the exact same home address, she showed zero flexibility, forcing me to wake up my wife at 1:00 AM her time to call Expedia and add my name. "Our first time staying here and it was overall pretty good. It's off the strip so you avoid a lot of the traffic but close enough that you can still get there easily. The monorail is a short walk from the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, they have a activity room with a pool table and even a photo booth. The rooms are huge and have everything you can think of including a washer and dryer. It's literally like an apartment with a living room and separate sleeping area. My only disappointment...
