"I arrived very late at night, and despite this reception was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious lovely and I was greeted with a handwritten personalized note. I appreciated the large comfortable bed and inside/outside bathroom. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me find something in the village nearby, and to see me back to the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Loved every minute here would highly recommend it. What an amazing experience they take such great gentle care of their elephants it was so special. The keepers have a lovely bond with their elephants. Would love to return here again one day. Thank you to all the staff and elephants and of course the sweet Polly the resident cat for a memorable stay ❤️"

"The staff were excellent always smiling and helpful. The rooms are large and well equipped but the TV's don't work, no signal and management doesn't care. The pool was under construction (which we weren't advised of until arrival). Breakfast was good as is the location with shops, restaurants etc just outside."
