"We have a excellent experience in this resort, the view was beautiful and the room was excellent the important one is the staff was very kind and really helpful especially Anggie and Lia she always make our days easy thank you so much for your kind effort and kindness we will be back on the future thanks a lot guys"

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"Super friendly staff"

"The staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool could have been cleaner."

"This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect. The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room. A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was...

"They were very accommodating"

"Buon hotel colazione internazionale da migliorare come esterni della piscina e bagni"

"Ubud Raya Resort is absolutely amazing. The staff is incredible and the resort is absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a western style 5 star resort, this is not for you. But if you are looking for amazing Balinese atmosphere and incredible staff and your own villa, book this place asap! I will be telling everyone about this amazing resort and would recommend to everyone."

"We have stayed 4 times previously, and often things start to drop off a little after all Rama Residents is about 10 years old now. The friendship shown by staff is first class, everyone from reception, pool guy, restaurant staff and even security guy in the evening treat everyone like we’re all so special. The rooms are just terrific, we chose to stay in a room with the ability to close off a separate area with a tele so I can keep myself occupied in the very early hours, due to terrible...

"The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. One thing, that was kinda a bummer was that the pool closes at 6 pm, which includes the hot tub. Also, with this place being so close to the jungle, you will have typical jungle experiences such as monkeys running across the roof and peeing into your private pools unfortunately. You also have insects all around you, and little lizards but I will say it is all part of the...

"Secara keseluruhan hotel ini hampir sempurna, sayangnya heater di private pool tidak berfungsi. Setelah menunggu 1 jam, air di kolam renangnya tetap saja tidak hangat. View dari kamar sangat indah."

"This resort is very peaceful with very friendly staff. They made us calm and help us in any way. The location is also good, very close to a holy temple that we can see from the restaurant or the pool. "

"ウブドの山奥のリゾートでしたが、想像以上に良かったです。メディカルセンターで風邪薬処方してもらい助かりました。食事のレベルも高くどれを食べても皆美味しいくて大満足でした。ウブドのフォーシーズン・サヤンにも泊まった事ありますが、食事のレベルは同等クラスと思える位コスパの高いホテルです。 ホテル棟は上の階が少し気になりました。 次回はヴィラもいいかなと思いました。"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so welcoming, everyone remembered our names. We were very sad to leave."
