"Excellent location and great value. The guest house is perfectly situated for exploring the Three Cities, with a local bakery, waterfront restaurants, and the Valletta ferry all within close walking distance. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked flawlessly. The staff communication was highly efficient. We were accommodated with an early check-in by an hour, and Kayden specifically was exceptionally quick and helpful in answering questions. The only drawback was the towel provision. We received one towel per person, and without a radiator or proper place to dry them in the room, they remained damp and developed an odour. Replacing the towels every two to three days would completely resolve this issue. Overall, highly recommended for the price and service."

"Had a lovely few days at Casa Birmula, it was ideally situated for exploring the three cities and Valletta. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were fab. The room was lovely and traditionally Maltese. Would definitely come back to this hotel. A special thankyou to Maureen for all help and to the lovely young man that cooked our breakfasts."

"An absolutely stunning old building in such a perfect area for our first visit to Malta. We stayed in Jean as it was our anniversary celebration and loved having the bathtub in the room to relax in after long days walking up and down the steps in the city. The hotel was a true gem of a find and the area itself was so much nicer to stay in than Valetta in our opinion."

"The Snop House is in a quiet area of Senglea which is great because its only a 5 minute walk to the local restaurants or a 10 minute walk to Birgu waterfront where you'll find more restaurants and ferries to Valletta. The rooms in are clean and tidy, some have a window looking out the front and 2 at the back have a balcony looking down to the courtyard. But dont worry if you haven't got a balcony because the rooftop terrace is amazing looking over the three cities and Valletta. The staff are absolutely first class, nothing is too much trouble for them they are absolutely superb. Breakfast is continental and there is a great choice, what was really nice is every day there is the option to have a little local delicacy aswell which is great because its something that you might not try normally. To sum up fantastic accommodation Superb breakfast Great location Absolutely fantastic staff"
