"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."

"コンテナをベースにした独立した部屋で、気密性が高くプライバシーが保たれてるのが良いのですが、その反面、室内の湿度が高いです。 部屋の壁の隅にはカビが多数発生していて黒くなっています。 そして、今回利用したこちらの部屋はシャワーの水圧があまりに低くて... 浴槽に全然お湯溜まらないし、シャンプー流すのに時間かかるしで、全然ダメでした。 それ以外はいいだけに残念。"
