Considering there is no face to face contact, we still felt very well looked after and had good instructions on gaining access. The building is lovely and well looked after. Exceeded expectations.

I understood there was no staff member on site so no complaints there. But we were not sent the check in code and had to make repeated calls to Expedia before this happened. The hotel is conveniently located and does have good parking. The rooms themselves are extremely basic. Not especially clean and with bare minimum of amenities i.e. only 2 pillows in a double room, very thin duvet and no heating so we were cold at night. On balance, I would not recommend or return here again.

Check in was all digital, the response was quick. Nice hotel. The room was hot, though this was expected as it was the hottest day of the summer and top floor with no fan or airconditioner. No lift.

No reception but check-in instructions were fine. A nice clean room, all amenities. Easy parking & very convenient for town centre, vivary park & cricket. Lack of breakfast option not a problem as some very nice cafes in the High Street, a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in a great location for the town centre. Staff are always very helpful and professional, stayed many times and always excellent.

A good stay even though shower didn’t work in the first room the person to contact was quick and moved us to another room where everything worked. Would definitely stay there again.

While the room was very clean, the overall experience was not what we were expecting. Upon arrival, there were no staff present; instead, there was a sign on the door and a key safe. While this system may work for some, we found the environment quite strange and felt uncomfortable, especially as there was no mention of this self-service arrangement on your website. Additionally, we were disappointed that no breakfast or food was offered on-site. Although the central location makes it easy to find alternatives, we feel future guests should be better prepared for this lack of amenities.

This hotel does not have staff as you do a self check in so it is not possible to rate this part of the survey. The hotel offers no amenities, however there is a kettle and tea/coffee provided . The room was perfectly fine for one night. Comfortable and clean although needs updating and there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The room was unbearably hot. A fan was provided but it was not affective in the size of the room so maybe worth the hotel provided a second fan. Other than that not a bad hotel as we only needed somewhere to sleep. There is a Sainsburys directly opposite which was handy for getting drinks and snacks

Was a good looking establishment, was clean and tidy. Didn’t eat but had the facility. Unfortunately the bed was far too soft for my liking. But very helpful staff on duty during my stay.
