They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. "I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."
