"We booked through Hotels.com and received a contact number to the apartment manager. When I called, I was told that there was no booking and that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay cash. We (2 kids, 2 adults) arrived at 21:00 and were stranded, so we paid for one night. We spoke with other people outside the building while we waited to be able to get in, and those people had the same experience, even though we all paid in advance. "I changed three rooms before I settled on the second day on my 7 day stay in the hotel. . But was not happy . good for Korean and Chinese visitors , who have extended stay. The premises is dirty. I gave good tip to house keeping on the second day , so I feel it worked well on third room. Bathroom not clean in all three rooms. Maybe it is old residences place not well mainted. One room the A/C did not work. In my room the fridge did not work. Good luck. 😩"
