"NASA(ヒューストン宇宙センター)へ観光に行くために宿泊しました。NASAへのアクセスがよくて、場所としては非常によかったです。ホテルも内装が綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフの対応も適切でした。朝食も、ワッフルメーカーなどお子様が楽しめるものも置いてあったりしてよかったと思います。唯一問題だったのは、エレベーター故障です。4Fの部屋が割り当てられたのですが、スーツケースを階段で運ぶのに難儀しました。それ以外は、特には問題なしです。ハリケーンが来ている時に宿泊しましたが、直撃はまぬがれたのでNASA観光も楽しめました。"

"The hotel had a musty smell. One of the beds was tilting so like sleeping on a hill. Pool was dirty - my daughter cleared out some debris and frogs before using it."

"We always stay at Hampton Inn because it is a reliably nice place to stay with an excellent breakfast; therefore, we were disappointed with the breakfast at this particular hotel. Powered eggs, bland potatoes, and chicken sausage along with runny oatmeal were not good."

"The first thing is that the front desk person was friendly and expedient and was just exceptional! The room was great and we had our service animal with us and she put us by a door on the ground so that we would be able to conveniently take her out. Everything worked great and the room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed a little too soft and maybe the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again."

"There were worn out sheets and pillows on our bed. The curtains had stains on them. There was hair in our shower and the floor of the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door appeared to not have been cleaned. There was high level of dust on the nook area of the bedside table where the cords are. The cords on the floor had high level of dust. The note pad appeared to be wet at some point then allowed to dry and placed back on the bedside table. There was not any body wash. It was two shampoos and one...

"We were placed in an accessible room that had a connecting door and the neighbors were really loud. We did not book an accessible room, but we were placed in one anyway."
