"This was our first stop from the highlands on our road trip to Southern Spain. We had dinner which was superb! Every member of staff from reception, Marios the restaurant manager and the lovely sommelier whose name we didn’t catch to the hotel manager Gail were exceptional. Their attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism and interaction with guests is easily 5 star standard.
