"Great Riad! The riad was beautiful! We had one night there. The customer service was beyond exceptional! We had to leave early in the morning to catch a tour and the staff provided us with a terrific bagged breakfast with traditional Moroccan food to take with us as breakfast at the riad didn’t start until later. They also provided us with a wonderful coffee presentation to enjoy on the rooftop patio before we left for our tour that morning. Great view of Fes from the rooftop. We had dinner at...

"Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes. Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap. "
