"Road to the place was verg bad. 6inch deep potholes. Pulled into very muddy car park. Was shown to the room which was via a dangerous very badly lit outside staircase. I fell over in the dark via a very bad step, injuring my arm. Ws wers so dissapointed that we left early without breakfast. The room itself, although old fashioned, was acceptable and comfortable. Hiwevef, we cannot comment about breakfast as ws did not stay. Very disappointing experience overall."

"It was a classic cheaper airport hotel. Modern, though a touch dated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fine (but no Worcestershire, brown or any other sauces!) and the location was easily walkable to the airport. I’d stay here again the next time I use this airport, and recommend the place. "

"Lovely warm welcome. Room warm and cosy (211) with a slightly challenging lock. Very tasty roast dinner and breakfast the next morning. The little town was quiet but lots of pubs and little shops, plus riverside walks too. Would recommend."

"I found the parking ideal right outside property and very safe. The property was spotless couldnt fault a thing. The breakfast was the best we will stop there again when we are in the area."

The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. "Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station."
