"Nice quirky hotel, stylishly done out. Great for a couples night away. The simple check in process and key lock is really cool and makes it simple. Can’t fault the place. Only suggested improvements are 1. Add a coffee machine to rooms. Instant granules don’t match the styling. 2. Couple of bottles of water in fridge would be a nice touch"

"We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay."

"Nice easy check in. Clean rooms and plenty of parking, which was free at the weekends. My only issue is that breakfast was served from 7.30am and not 6.30am (as stated on hotels.com) so I was unable to have breakfast before leaving. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so was very disappointed that I had paid for a service I could not use."
