I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally grand—spacious, elegant, and finished to a very high standard, making for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. What stood out just as much was the staff, who were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Elegantly decorated botique hotel right in the heart of Warrington with Riad Cafe serving hearty breakfast. Close to a variety of restaurants with easy access to rail and bus station. This was our second booking and it was again a VIP service provided by Pramod. We will be booking again for this weekend.

What an amazing little gem…… so unexpected….. greeting, hospitality and level of service was 5 star. Had a lovely night stay , was late checking in just after 11pm , was welcomed by staff member who was very professional, he offered to carry our bags up to our room , showed us how things worked in the room eg the aircon /heating panel . Beds were so comfortable a great night sleep had . Breakfast was continental, included in price of stay , good selection of items . Excellent service throughout the stay .Transport links on your door step , bus station , train station.We stayed here for the Neighbourhood weekend, it was about a 20 min walk to Victoria Park Definitely would recommend and would stay again
