"Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Our room was large and very clean. The AC worked very well. The spa was very nice and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen (all brand new equipment). We are breakfast and dinner in the lounge and the food was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stare here again."

"I am very disappointed with how my stay was handled. When I arrived, I was told that my family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child under 10) could not stay in the room I had reserved. Instead of simply moving us to the larger room—which was actually available and bigger than the one I originally booked—I was required to pay for and book both rooms. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just been charged for the larger room instead of being forced to pay for two rooms. To make matters...
