"Hotel Urban is a fantastic hotel! Walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum. Upscale, chic & clean. Most importantly the staff is absolutely amazing, Lydia and Lydia were super friendly and helpful. Sadly I only stayed one night but will be back, in the future."

"The property is conveniently located at the bottom of Gran Via which isn’t as populated and busy, it’s quiet with easy access and walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Salamanca, Plaza Mayor etc. Very clean and elegant, staff was also very helpful and accommodating, only reason for my 4 stars vs 5 stars is because the AC in my room broke late at night — staff was very helpful, thankfully it was quite chilly outside and I opened the windows. It's a great location in terms of walking to places of interest altho there was a fair bit of construction & roadworks going on when we visited & it's quite noisy at night but it's Madrid! Literally our only complaint was out of their control: There is a nightclub below the hotel and you can hear some music late at night. Ear plugs are included for free. We would and are staying again."

"I got this reservation at the last minute and it happened to be in close proximity to someone we were visiting in Central Madrid. It was convenient for a walking tour, cafes, lunch and museums. Great hotel, would recommend it to anyone!"
