"Yes, I’m very glad I picked this hotel for my mini vacation. When I came in my room, it was nice and clean. And also the bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of food. The gym was great, I spent more than an hour in there. Myself and the kids had a wonderful time there."

"We were treated exceptionally and are very satisfied with the room that was offered to us with early check-in the late check-in, the in-house laundry the self serve laundry as well as the complementary breakfast. We are very, very pleased with our stay at the Hyatt house. An area for improvement would be how to resolve being overcharged when using the self-serve laundry understanding that it is run by a third-party. There is no way for us to contact them. At least I am not able to figure it out...
