"Small B&B which is in a quiet area, but just of main routes so easy to find. There is sufficient off-street parking for guests which is a plus. Breakfast offers a good choice for all tastes and the breakfast room, at the side of the property affords sea views which adds to the pleasant feel of what is obviously a well run B&B. "Stayed as solo traveller for 2 nights. Single room small but had all the facilities required and was spotlessly clean and warm, and ideally positioned just around the corner from the town centre. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Overall a nice stay (room 12) in a good budget single, with lovely and helpful host. Would happily stay again. (And thanks for the mince pies!!) . "

"This is the second time at The Witching Post inn. We love the location.. easy to get to Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood bay and Goathland. Pete and his team were great hosts and looked after us. Fantastic food, all home cooked and fresh local produce. We would highly recommend. We will definitely be back. "
