"I booked the Pickled Parson for an overnight stay. The hotel and Sedgefield were both lovely. The staff were excellent, welcoming and explained all we needed to know at check-in, which included completing a breakfast form and time for breakfast. "Great place, made such a change from regular hotels with personal touches. Room was a great size & included a sofa & small table/chairs. The small tea/coffee station with some breakfast options included in the room was the bit the bowled me over… a treat at 6am, cereal & fruit, new milk & yogurt, plus proper coffee bags, even a tray to carry it to the table.
