The staff was incredibly helpful and took cutomer service seriously. We appreciated the spread they put out for breakfast. Our room was clean and ready for an extra early check-in. "Excellent location for the Pest side of the river. The rooftop bar is very nice and has excellent views of the city, especially St. Stephen’s basilica. The spa area is very nice and relaxing after a long day of walking. As far as the room, it was about as clean and modern as you’ll find in Europe. "We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. Especially loved the spa with hot tub and steam room/sauna, and how easy it was to walk everywhere from the hotel. We would definitely stay again for our next trip to Budapest!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed.
