Für eine Nacht ok

Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert und danach wird es sicher top sein. Aktuell ist der Zustand der Zimmer unzureichend. Alles ist recht abgewohnt, mitunter auch Schimmel im Bad.

Estancia muy agradable y confortable

Las habitaciones son muy grandes y confortables. El personal muy atento. Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos ofrecieron el desayuno. La unica pega es que el hotel esta un poco aislado, pero con el coche no tuvimos ningun problema

L'hôtel est bien situé au centre de l'île. Ce qui nous a déplu, et que les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans la demi-pension (même l'eau est payante!)

Last minute winner.

Booked last minute due to issues with our planned apartment and turned into a great choice. Went all inclusive too as it was excellent value for money. Room was clean, tidy and spacious and had 2 air con systems (bedroom and living room) that were both quiet. Food was good. Lots of variety and plenty of fresh fruit available. The a la carte restaurant was closed through covid which was a shame. Pool and pool bar busy but not too packed and also a pool for all inclusive plus members so quiet and secluded from the main pool. Overall a good stay and would recommend the hotel but the best deal is the all inclusive (although we were allowed to go all inclusive plus for half the price as we haggled due to the reduced facilities through covid).

Viaggiamo con dei bimbi a seguito da 10 anni e l’esperienza all’Occidental di Lanzarote é stata ben oltre le nostre aspettative a livello di cortesia, disponibilità, pulizia della stanza e delle aree comuni, varietà dei piatti proposti, accuratezza dell’esposizione nel buffet, attenzione al rispetto delle norme, distanze ecc. Eccellente il team di animazione: Anton, Luca e Karen hanno reso le nostre settimane indimenticabili (da lacrime agli occhi al momento dei saluti!!!). In un momento come quello attuale pieno di paure a causa Covid, il nostro soggiorno, grazie a tutti questi elementi, é stato senza pensieri.

People are exceptionally nice, the hotel has very good facilities, food is excellent. Unfortunately the cover of the 50m heated pool was not working, which means the water was much colder than it should have been (3-4 degrees less than target). This pool is amazing and it is a key facility, it is a pity that we had to take long classes in a much colder water then normal, especially at a time of the year when the outside temperature is not very high!

Four star with the edges a little tarnished.

A mixed bag really!Our room needed updating but was very clean.Staff were either really pleasant-or not! Situated away from everything,but busses provided to nearest town,and hotel pleasant for to stay in all day.Local busses and taxis outside were great value. Restaurant was fine,food a bit “samey”,but the amount was incredible and extremely varied. Breakfast was five star. Entertainment and bar staff very friendly,but reception staff seemed a bit like they would rather be somewhere else.I would imagine if you liked to relax by the pool and eat a lot,it is very good value.But the reception staff need to cheer up!

Hotel very clean and bedroom excellent. Hotel was busy so the dining room was packed with people. Food, crockery and cutlery ran out and was not replaced quickly enough. Food quality and choice were good. Only the pool with sliders was heated. Plenty of sun loungers and lots of places to sit including quiet terraces. Nice playground for youngsters including mini golf. There was a good bus service from the hotel to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

As usual good stay at occidental. Have stayed here many times. Gym now really good. Food improved with proper hot plates now available. Paid as and when to upgrade daily to AI for 30£ was worth it for lunches and drinks in eve. Gym card deposit was 10£ and well worth it. I love stay heee for 4 day breaks to recharge. Train and get sun.

Établissement agréable, personnel sympathique. Bonnes animations. Soirées spectacles sympas. 800m de la plage. Poils dans le bidet et sur le sol à mon arrivée. Séjour de 2 semaines. Fuite d'eau importante dans le bac des WC, signalé 2 fois...mais pas réparé. Dommage. L'eau est un bien précieux.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter l'île. Une piscine chauffée avec tobaggan très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse mais un peu vieillotte. Gros effort à fournir au niveau du buffet car très peu de changements et nourriture pas très bonne.

Netterweise darf man das Fahrrad aufs Zimmer nehmen. Gute Auswahl an Speisen. Kaum zu verstehen wie in 1 Km Entfernung Kraftwerk, was mit Schweröl befeuert wird und Schwefel emittiert, noch zugelassen ist

my best holiday

Great place to stay the food was eccelent rooms were great with large balconys. If you like swimming the 50 meter pool is ideal. if you like bike riding its great too. There are shops located outside hotel where you can buy newspapers water and alcahol. Free bus ride into town every hour and free bus back if you want best to walk back take the beach front road for stunning views its about 30 minutes stroll. Stayed in block 4 room 105 it had great views of the sea.

12 days half-board, and it was still pleasant to go to the dining room. Even though a little repetition, the food is of pretty good quality overall, and you have the possibility to eat very healthily if you want :). The 50 m swimming pool is only accessible under payment, but it's a very good deal. I have always been on my own in the line... what a luxury! :) Very nice view although close to the airport and bedroom very quiet. Very well located for uncomplicated holidays. At your disposal & good to know: a hair-dryer and liquid soap, as well as TV (works really well, including lots of english-speaking channels, and 2 french!). A great free wi-fi that works everywhere in the hotel! One negative point: the beds' mattress's are not fantastic.. but still ok. Parking lots very easy everywhere around the hotel. The Fitness room is also great - and it's access is free if you live at the hotel. The building may need a little refreshment, but overall an excellent deal. The bike shop are not very nice, but it's a very good deal if you rent for a whole week. Definitely not a good deal if you rent one day after another. I prefered the nice guy of "Bike Spot Shop" (in Costa Teguise) who gave me great bikes (carbon and disc brakes) for more interesting prices :)
