"Great place to stay by the airport! The included breakfast is such a nice touch. The only downside were the walls were very thin and noise echoed late at night. Trying to sleep for a 5AM flight was a little hard, but that was just my luck with other guests. The hotel itself was great. "

"Very clean rooms. Everything was great but the only hiccup was with the taxi service they offer. It seems they used an app service (uber or didis) . The person at the reception charged us double what the service actually cost and we were lucky the driver accepted the ride . They mentioned they are not allowed to get rides for other people. The stay was great for the few hours we stayed but I will get my own transportation in the future. "

"Antes de hacer mi check in llamé al siguiente # 5527375688 (# proporcionado por Expedia), para preguntar si había algún problema en hacer el check in después de media noche y me dijeron que el personal de recepción se va a las 11:00 hrs pm y que después solo había personal de vigilancia, por lo que ellos recomendaban que hiciera el trámite antes de esa hora. Para no tener problemas tuve que ir a hacer el check in antes de mi alojamiento final y la Srtia de recepción comentó que era falso la...

"Enjoyed this hotel for 2 nights, happy to get out of noisy crowded Mexico City. Very pleasant pool and courtyard area. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Good location between the Pyramids and Teotihuacan Centro. "

"We came in late and it was locked up so it was hard to find the entrance. Once we got out of our Uber and started walking around a guard was able to let it in the gate. The stuff was very helpful and the property was very convenient to the archaeological site. Unfortunately there was some sort of large party next door and quite a bit of noise through the night. The staff went above and beyond to relocate our room so that we had a peaceful night rest."

"Perfect location for visiting Teotihuacan early when the gates open at 8.00. A relaxed friendly environment and the pool in the central court was lovely. The staff were great. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner slightly limited choices. Room was small but clean and cheerful. Probably a better place for a short stay than a loved one. I would go again for a similar purpose."

"Tuve una experiencia terrible en este hotel. La habitación estaba extremadamente fría y no había cobijas adicionales disponibles, lo que hizo muy incómodo poder dormir. Intenté llamar varias veces a recepción para pedir ayuda, pero nadie contestó. El servicio al cliente fue completamente inexistente. Incluso tuve que buscar otro hotel para poder quedarme. En general, fue una estancia muy frustrante y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie."
