"Two night stay to attend the RSC Theatre, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent location to visit the town centre and to enjoy the river. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff who work long hours. The pub is a little shabby in places, but overall very good. We will be returning (when I’ve saved enough Tesco points!) "

Es ist mir und sicher auch anderen Gästen sehr unangenehm, sichtbare Hinterlassenschaften in der Toilette hinterlassen zu müssen. Außerdem finde ich auch, dass man das dem Reinigungspersonal ersparen könnte. "

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and its always a pleasure to return. Staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and oooh so comfortable especially the super large beds and comfy pillows. Breakfast is unbelievable, something for all tastes and the garden just gets better. Just one small thing, a non slip mat in bath would be appreciated especially for the not so young of us. Will be back again, God willing."

He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest.
