"We stayed here for two nights whilst attending an event locally and it was excellent, we particularly liked the availability of fresh milk and cold water at the end of the corridor. We also ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel is in great location, close to many entertainment venues. If travelling by car there are many parking facilities close by, however the hotel should communicate any "deals" they have with parking facilities before you arrive to allow for registration of you vehicle."

"Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. "Excellent trip. Staff were all friendly and chatty. A couple of niggles, but nothing that affected our stay. We will be back again and will stay here again to visit our daughter. Special mention to Dave, the Head concierge who we chatted to each day and was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. "

"The check in staff were friendly and approachable. Reception area was easily accessible and very presentable. Check in was easy and the staff explained elements of the hotel from meal times and local area. Room was very clean and well presented. The windows did not allow excess noise.
