"The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. However, they only spoke Spanish, which made communication quite difficult for international travelers who do not speak the language. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better English communication would greatly improve the guest experience."

If you want any sleep, don't accept a room facing the alley in front of the hotel! Local drunks use it as their assembly ground to drink until late in the night and the windows of the room have a gap in-between them, so there's zero sound isolation from the street. I could barely sleep a few hours.."
