"Hotel room and also staff were are excellent. Location is walking distance to lots of historic sites to see. The only issue was that during my 5 days stay the elevator broke twice but was repaired within 24 hours. Also every time I left the room the access card got deactivated. Apparently it’s a security feature but very inconvenient as you have to reactivate it at the front desk every time you come back from outside. Having said that I definitely recommend this hotel."

"El Hotel limpio, bonito el personal muy amable lo único que no me gustó fue el piso que nos dieron la habitación porque en la aplicación lo promocionan como con vistas ala ciudad y muestran los cuartos con un gran ventanal para las vistas y no es así nos tocó en el 1er piso asi qué lo único que se veía era el estacionamiento y la verdad me decepcionó primera y última vez que me hisoedo allí."

"Staff muy atento, AC de la habitación eficiente, desayuno buffet empezaba a las 7 pero a las 8 aún faltaban un par de guisados, estacionamiento de tamaño limitado pero el personal maximiza de manera correcta el espacio para que los autos estén bajo resguardo. Por su ubicación llega algo de ruido de la vida nocturna de afuera, quienes sean sensibles a esto deben tenerlo presente."
