"Le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel en lieu même est bien situé et il y avait pas trop de monde . Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés . Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses."

"Wir waren jetzt wieder im Juni, genau ein Jahr nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Es hat sich an sich nichts geändert. Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. "Lovely hotel, great location for us, out the way but not far from the action, no issues with the pool or getting sun beds, hotel was lovely and clean and well maintained even though one of the pools were out of action, overall a fantastic stay here"

"We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks...

"Breakfast buffet -amazing - large variety of foods. Rooftop adults only pool - fantastic with views of the sea.. Also great pool for adults/kids with events during the day. Location fantastic - local market opposite hotel Thursday and Saturday. Free bus to Waterparks 1 min walk. Great selection of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk."
