"We had great time at Ona Alborada. We must to thank the whole staff, in particular Vanessa, Giorgia, Carlos and Carlos the Reception Manager for being looking after us. Special thanks to the breakfast staff as fot being the holy Easter week, they have been over any expectation. They were all and above , massive queue every morning outside but very smooth going through...the lady welcoming us at the breakfast was just amazing and was also everywhere during breakfast time. The whole staff i have to say very attentive and professional at the top level. For an easy place like that they would deserve 10 stars, not only 5. To everyone, a massive thank you for making our short holiday break memorable!!! Pretty sure we will see you soon again!!!"

"Only negative was that the selfcatering apartment we had was a little tired (needed new grouting in bathroom and loose veneer etc). The rest of the hotel looked in good order including the dining area. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. Useful that they have shops built into the ground floor, so easy to pick up food etc. Very close to the beach which was great."

"Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day."

"This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!"

"The hotel is good overall, the pools and facilities are excellent but the food and drink in the restaurants is pretty average. Also, they close the main pool area all day for private events which is annoying. "

"The staff is very friendly. The hotel is more like a 4 star at best as it is starting to show its age a bit. The breakfast was good, however, the staff could hardly keep up with the tremendous amount of people. The location of the hotel is fantastic!"
