"The property was very clean and well maintained . Linen was changed every day. Lovely and fresh. The Iberostar app was very useful and easy to use. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of selection, even a menu to choose from if you wished. We stayed 5 nights and ate in the pool Resturant twice. Once being part of the gastrospa experience. We also ate in the menencey Resturant which was very good. Sheila our waitress that evening was lovely. My only thing would be the lighting inside the hotel in the Resturants is a bit bright and maybe in the evening Resturant some soft music would be nice."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel staff were all very friendly and personable. Authentic experience. We did have a issue with our ceiling fan but the staff tried their very best to fix issue. Other than that was terrific and reccomend anyone to stay here!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was very big, but could do with update, bath/shower area in particular. We still enjoy our stay very much. Food was excellent, staff ever so friendly and helpful. Striking views from everywhere in the hotel - room balcony, pool area and dining room! We would stay again. Thank you!"

"The hotel its self is of a high standard with all facilitates needed in order to have the complete city break. The roof top pool and lounge areas although small were well kept and not too crowded at the time of our visit but you can say if there where a few more people there space would be at a premium. Underground parking is tight but plenty of spaces at affordable rates, The rooms we stayed in was dated but generally clean to a basic level, The hotel did contribute to what was an amazing time spent travelling around the island so a solid 7/10 overall."
