"This is a fun change of pace for a hotel! Bigby coffee in the lobby (in the U.P.?!?). Updated and unique style. The restaurant is AMAZING. Pool and spa area are a little dated but it was still awesome. I will stay again for sure. "

"The pool room is cool in temperature but the hot tub is hot and the pool water temperature is pleasant. Both are clean and I thoroughly enjoyed both. The place is great for a business overnight stay. Breakfast is good, but get there very early because supply gets low. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. "

"I always start with the positives: 1. The room and common areas were clean. 2. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. 3. The heating and bathroom fixtures operated correctly. The only negative I noticed was the WiFi. It was a little intermittent and not the fastest. However, I've had much worse. I would stay here again "

"The staff was so friendly! We had a problem figuring out the TV and they came right up to our room and worked on it until they got the channels to come in. The room was very large and included a kitchenette which came with dishes and utensils. The beds were firm, but not rock hard, or worn. We have an 85 lb dog and he was welcomed! Plenty of walking in the area too."
