"Probably one of the worst 3 star hotel bedrooms (room 12) we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, ceiling paint was peeling off, shower seal was broken causing the floor to flood, toilet roll holder was hanging off, soap dispenser was broken, door handle did not work and signs of damp or roof leak staining on the ceiling. The bedroom was no better, window was rotten and could not be opened. Paint peeling off the window and radiator, black mould on the window catch, provided fan was...

"Really nice rooms - big and clean - including bathroom. Had dinner and breakfast too which were both good. Would recommend."

"A beautiful place to spend a night or two if exploring the area. Comfortable individual rooms. The one I stayed in looks like it was once a stable block. Well furnished and very clean. Staff very friendly. Good parking. Close to picturesque village centre with many shops selling local produce. Highly recommended."

"Well maintained throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was cozy and well stocked. The room was very clean and inviting. We had a garden room which looked out onto the courtyard, which was delightful. Dogs were welcomed and catered for. Parking is limited, although we managed to park in the hotel carpark. Would definitely go there again."
