"We had a lovely nights stay at The Bell Inn. Room was comfortable and a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of Roast Dinners on the evening we were there but there was plenty of other choices on the menu. The portion sizes were very good and the food lovely. There's a good breakfast choice, of continental and cooked options. The place is great for walking into the town or out along the canal. There is a carpark on site or free places just along the next street...

"Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5."

"Well located to shops and city center."

"The Dial House is located right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, an easy walk to everything. Our room was in the old building and was comfortable. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel area was dated and rough round the edges but clean. My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl. Over all, for the location it was good value for money."

"A polite request for a room change was no bother to the manager who immediately sorted a more suitable room and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay."

"loved the place . enjoyed the stay, will return next time in the area"

"Nice location and property"

"Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay at the place we booked as my booking was lost and they were full. So cannot really review. One star given based on my booking being lost."

"Great location. Staff were nice."
