The beds are not hard but a bit easier on the back and shoulders (if you are a side sleeper), really decent rates and they have shuttle services to and from the medical factifies in the Downtown Houston area as a complimentary service that is free of charge to and from you appointments. So we will continue our stays in Houston at the Ylem. "
