This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we can’t do anything about it”. This employee had to be called to the front desk bc no one was there, and she showed up speaking some other language on speaker phone and didn’t even bother to hold the call. Elevator also smelled like poo.

I had book 2 rooms for the family. You would think they would put the 2 rooms beside each other. I had to argue with the clerk and still got rooms apart. The hotel smelled so bad that my grandchildren didn't want to stay there. Asked for extra towels and told there was none and I had to wait until they where dry. Next morning had to go ask for towels again. It was an inconvenience to the clerk to get the towels. Guess for the price I paid was the service I got. Will never stay again at this location.

Awful lobby clerk, whom I seemed to have woken up, as a cleaning person had to find him so i could check in. Very dismissive, however, there was one younger female clerk who was cordial in comparison. Far too long and miserable experience from 8:38pm to 10:48pm, but suffice it to say, i decided to drive home instead- where im writing this from.

The shower head was broken and no remote in the room when I arrived. It took 20 mins to get a remote. Weird vibe from the staff. I think that mom was training the daughter. Have to call or ring a bell for service.

Great Choice

Room was very clean, quiet, and a short trip to the cruise terminal. The restaurant across the street Kelly's was fantastic. The best food 😋

It's a good place to stay , rooms are decent..close to beach .ice machine works .pool is open and clean. The bad is towels .Bring your own towels and your good! Hard your them too give every room 6-8 towels.... Seen a few unhappy people over towels... Overall for 80$ a night you can't complain huh.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room reservation cancelled due to greedy managers!

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. On 7/4/25, whwn trying to check in for 2 rooms, I was told I did not have a reservation. Although, I had my confirmation number. I booked 2 rooms 6 months in advance. I repeatedly call every month to confirm my reservations were still valid. I was told yes every time. My rate was $104 per room (2). Due to the July 4 holiday, hotel rates increased everywhere. This is why I booked EARLY!!! There were 2 other people trying to check in also. All 3 of us were given the same message - "You dont have reservations". All 3 of have confirmation numbers/emails. We figurdd out what happened. People who had rooms with $100 rates, were deleted from their system. Those rooms were given to other people who paid $250-$300!! That was very tacky for Mrs. Patel (hotel manager) to do that without any notice. Anyway, I was able to find a better suite, better price, better location at Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Webster, TX. I will NEVER utilize this hotel with despicable staff.

There was no pot for the coffee maker. The phone didn't work and my key card didn't work on our second stay. They had to reprogram it. Overall bad for business.

I'm suprise at this place it was very clean and peaceful environment most of motel are horrible and i was really concern this motel i would likely recommended coming here.

It is clean, the mattresses are thin. And the cover sheets just look old.. There was a heavy smell of food when walking in the doors. Other than these small things. The service was good.. nice people clean place.
