"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. "The room was very clean somewhat there was hai inside the bathtub so I wasn’t able to use it. Air conditioner didn’t get cold it took 1 hour before we feel the coldness. It was hard to find the parking we found the easiest parking valet when we were about to leave. But overall it was very neat and close to everything. I will stay longer so I can actually enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have a chance to check out the bar and the breakfast."

One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. "Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds.
