"I absolutely loved my stay here! Nothing to complain about. Our stay went so smoothly and great. The room was perfect, water in the shower was hot and everything worked well. Kitchen was fully equipped and the water in the sink was filtered, so that’s a great plus. Only issue we had was with the microwave and safe, but went to the front desk to report it and they immediately came to fix it. All staff is absolutely charming, welcoming and helpful. Loved our stay at Element! "

"Room was super clean and check-in was painless. The speakeasy was a nice place to grab a drink before going out for the evening. Hotel is also well located for going out in Dallas. "

"My husband and I visit here at this location. Both first time. The view is wonderful and spacious had a great patio, inside had one crack by door and one peeling inside shower. Other than that,We highly recommend this place! Very peaceful,Quite A few youngsters in and out but your located on deep ellum all bars and clubs. The host were amazing! Great with communication , Great walking distance. We appreciate our stay we also clean very good respect for the property ☺️ . We loved how comfortable...

"Where do i start? No toilet paper, no towels or cloths, TV was on an antenna. It would play for 3 seconds, glitch for 3 seconds. Someone had been in this room as there was water splashed on the counter and toilet. There's no soap etc, so if you brave staying here, bring your own. The sheets hadn't been changed. The pillows were literally brown under the cases. Also, they charge you an additional $10 charge when you check in. "

"I guess they thrive on the low ratings, so I'll give them a high rating even though I lost everything by staying there. I guess I'll recover, eventually. The people who run it are nice, though, and probably feel bad about what I've suffered there. It was my choice to go there, though, so who can I blame but myself?"
