"From the room to the staff everything was incredible. I wasn’t aware and/or a fan that it was off the main road and down, what I would call, an alley. But other than that I would say excellent. I would suggest that you add a light in the area right inside the door and where luggage is stored. "

"Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. "Had a very nice time staying here. The King suite was very nice and roomy. The staff were all very attentive and kind. The facilities were clean and upkept. Really enjoyed the inside/outside aspect of the first floor. The neighborhood is nice and seemed relatively local a few fancy coffee shops on the block along with some street vendors, and it’s a comfortable walk to the Golden Mount temple which I highly suggest checking out! "It was very close to a shopping center, street food, and the BTS station. The rooms were very clean, cleaned daily. The staff spoke English. They were open 24/7. Right next door to 7/11. Also, motorcycles and TukTuks were right outside. "

"We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!"
