"Pretty standard hotel, the suite was very big and clean, had a microwave and fridge, bed was comfy, basic bathroom, also very big, if a bit dated. Price was a bit higher than I think this spot was worth but it was overall fine and no big complaints. When I arrived their systems were down but they'd carefully printed all guests information and seemed to be handling the situation alright but they had lots of staff on duty even at 9/10pm. "Room was really nice except AC only works when you are in the room. The issue with the hotel and casino is a complete lack of professional staff who want to serve you. Multiple times staff were rude and completely unhelpful. For a room that was over $350 a night I expect some level of service which I didn’t receive. I highly recommend not staying here."
