"My stay was let down by several issues. Signage throughout the hotel was poor and unclear, making it difficult to navigate, and the car park signage was unlit and placed awkwardly in the middle of walkways. The room itself felt dated and was surprisingly cold for August. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was also disappointing. The staff member serving was slightly abrasive, and when we asked for the door beside our table to be closed, we were told that other staff would be “cursing us”,...
