"The building was beautiful and our room was good, the bed very comfortable. B We only stayed one night but the food was disappointing. We met friends who had stayed for a few nights and they felt the same. That’s the only thing that lets it down really"

"we were well welcome but while leaving i had food on me which i requested for my food to be microwave but the receptionist(Around 12:00pm) was not helpful say it is part of health and safety ,what if i have a baby with me that need to eat.But we were well welcome ,it was a good experience staying at ibis"

"Lovely Hotel, great staff, rooms OK. Bathrooms need updating; rusty plug holes, antiquated shower over bath, flaking paint at bottom of door. Poor lighting in room and poor quality mattress."

"Really nice hotel overall. Only had a few issues, the room had missing lightbulbs in the bedside lamp, the toilet was like a jet spraying water everywhere. The staff were nice, the aesthetic of the hotel was lovely. Cocktails were nice at the bar, but had breakfast and was very limited on tables and extremely slow service."

"The hotel and stay was really nice. Clean and the staff are really nice. The only thing I would say is the parking charge of £10 a night seems a bit much. Also £16 for breakfast. Bit they are the only things. The hotel is lovely."

"Just the job..a 2 night stay for the wife and myself. We will be returning here in a few weeks time for a couple of nights again...so relaxing. The staff here are excellent, going the extra mile to ensure a freindly, comfortable experience. Have to say, especially the restaraunt staff...brilliant! And the breakfast served was really just great...looking forward to that again in a few weeks time!"
