"We booked a two night stay for my son’s tournament and when we got there, the tournament director told us we were at a different location 30–40 minutes away. We explain this to the staff and said Expedia would allow a refund if the hotel approved it. The staff said there shouldn’t be any problem because we didn’t stay there and never even use the room. "Overall nice room but no Hot water from the sink + it was leaking behind the fixture. Very small fridge as well with a freezer thar had enough space to fit maybe 1-2 bottles of water. If you're traveling like me with a cooler, no room to cool larger ice packs overnight, you can fit a couple smaller though. No benches outside directly in carport and entrance. I walked outside to wait for an Uber, no place to sit with luggage so back inside to the lobby I went."

"I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Southwest Cityview. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and were willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. "The stay was okay, but you definitely get what you pay for. The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. If I had to do it again I’d spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else."
