"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "

"We arrived on a red eye and were not able to get early check-in but they did text us as soon as our room was ready. Shantel was excellent in providing us with maps and ideas of what to do in the area while we bided our time. We did pay extra for the club room, which was good for the afternoon snacks and drink with the children. But the breakfast was bare compared to the restaurant across the way. Not sure we would do that again. we did love the proximity to Blackfriar station which connected...

"This was a last minute booking that was in a convenient location for a party nearby. I'm so glad I booked - the hotel has such a lovely feel to it, the staff were friendly, and the room (the smaller style of this available) was lovely. The bedding and pillows were so soft, the view from the window was lovely, and there were really nice touches in the room, such as a hand steamer which came in so handy for sorting out my travel wrinkled clothes! "
