"Excellent location next to Paddington Station. Lots of great restaurants around. Buses easily available. HopOnHopOff bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hyde Park is a ten minute walk. The downside, as others have stated, is that the rooms are small; two of us couldn't open our suitcases at the same time. The bathroom had glass in the door, which is fine if you're alone, but not fine if you're sharing a room. The inside of the hotel is a maze to get to your room. It's noisy at night, with...

"The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it."

"We had a good experience with Navel in the front desk. He took great care of us and allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up before we went out exploring. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows, which are very important to me. The bathroom was just OK and a little outdated. Needs a face-lift. No night light in the bathroom and the bathroom door doesn't stay open. We had to have the front office reset the television so it would work. AC took awhile to cool the room. It was...

"The room was basic, clean and roomy. We did not have a view. I was a little disappointed but honestly, we were constantly leaving to go see and do things in wonderful London. Carolina at the check in front desk was so kind and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. Great restaurants were all around this hotel. Shops, museums, and historic places all around us. We are coming back and staying here again!"
