"They greeted us nicely when we walked in. The morning lady for breakfast was the nicest. My issue, being a Bonvoy member, was that we told the front desk lady that we just checked out of another local hotel for a truly bad experience. She heard me, then proceeded to check my family and I into a room that clearly had water damage, mildew/nold smell and an AC Unit not working. Room 294 I believe. Why? We ended up having to change rooms - again"

"Lovely hotel. Breakfast is really nice and the staff were very warm and welcoming.."

"The hotel itself is charming with a lovely courtyard and it is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We were there on a weekend and they may have been short staffed but our room wasn’t serviced even though I was assured it would be. The main problem was that the room itself was tiny. There was only one chair and no desk or table. The TV was on the far wall and the only way to watch it would have been to stand in the doorway to the room."
