The room and bed was small, did not provide enough space for our luggage (only 3 suitcases) and the kitchenette was not equipped with any cookware, coffee maker, nor dishes. The location also was way out of Ashland and inconvenient for visiting folks in the town of Ashland. This place was not what we expected from the description on Expedia."

"I like that the rooms are spacious and clean. It us located 3 minutes from my mom's house and near shopping strip malls. The breakfast is good and the pool was good as well. Im just sorry there are no smoking rooms or pet policy."

"I came to Virginia for my nieces graduation on May 30th. It was four of us . We drove from another state the day before and drove back. All 4 of us stayed in the same room for the night. 1 King size bed and a roll out sofa queen size. Enough space in the room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea and chocolate"

"During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. Having said that, the room was clean,; and otherwise adequate for my needs. My phone didn't work for my entire stay, I was...

"Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"Not the cleanest, but not the worst. Found a small roach in the bathroom. Halls a tad smoky smelling. It was cheap and I got some sleep so it is what it is."
