"Dislikes: for a non-smoking room it sure burns my nostrils. I'm not a smoker and it really bothered me, but I stuck through it as to not make a fuss. Also, I couldn't get the coffee machine to work. The elevator smells and it's super dirty. The Casino floor stench with the smell of smoke and that "old stale smell" of the building. It's just gross and the smell is uninviting, which makes the property looks bad. Likes: All the staff are amazing, friendly, professional, informative, and makes you...

"Resort fees kinda high but I think that’s because you get free passes to Circa pool. Check in staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Room was nice for a basic. Always a fave to stay at."

"Hotel looks brand new. Everything was perfect. Would stay here again in Las Vegas if you like taking a rest from the business of the strip."

"The staff was courteous, very helpful and polite. The building was very old but it was kept very clean. My room was quiet and dark when I needed it to be but the view left room to be desired. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint was that the AC unit was so loud when it came on it was sort of a distraction. The location is right in the middle of downtown Las Vegas next to all the excitement."

"Decent property, my bathtub was dirty when I checked in. I asked for housekeeping to clean it and no one came to clean it during my 4 day stay. Lucky for me I was traveling with family and I was able to use their shower."

"They gave me a parking lot, where my motorcycle was towed away. I needed a whole day to get it back, it has cost me 500$. Then they gave me a better parking lot, "where is no towing". The hotel itself is not bad. But I prefer places, where they let me park and leave my bike, where I parked it. In the shade. Bikers: go elsewhere."
