"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."

"The room was nice. It was like a small apartment with a kitchen and W/D (we didn't use either). Overall very comfortable. The location isn't where I would have liked it to be (kind of a less than desirable area) which was surprising to me, but not knowing the area, that was hard to tell. It was safe, but not walkable to anything."

"Didn't eat here. Staff weren't very helpful or kind for that matter. Couldn't get to the hotel, the road right out front was blocked and we called for assistance and didn't get much help. Very expensive to park in this area and valet was 55. A hotel has noise machines in the room to block out some of the night time noise.. ours did not work. We could not shut it off because it was very annoying. Housekeeping had someone come in and they just ripped it off the wall. Wouldn't stay here again"

"The room was great! It had everything we needed to cook simple meals and do laundry! The only downfall was all the loud city noises, once 11 hit it did quiet down. They made it easy to just Text if we needed anything."
