"Have stayed here many times, but this time I felt they were cutting corners - no biscuits with the coffee tray in the room, and this morning at breakfast most of the fruit juice cannisters were empty, and very little fruit on offer. I do not feel the bath is suitable for older people. I am 81 and had difficulty getting into the shower as the bath is so high. "Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. "The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, along with the spa facilities, Bennett’s Restaurant and the hotel breakfast room. The food was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
