"The room was lovely and the location is excellent. The check in was rough and understaffed. The bar was also awesome and staff great but SO understaffed. I tried to sleep in however the cleaning staff was so loud banging stuff outside my door and talking and laughing loudly. No sleeping in for me."

"We chose this location as we were helping our son move into his apt in the Pearl District. Many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries all within a walkable distance, or a short 5-10 minute drive. We really appreciated the easy access to parking as the area can get congested. Breakfast was basic, but is a definite plus if you’re on a budget. Hotel was quiet and the area felt safe. Would stay here again!"

There's also another person who's been so much help, although it's a shame I cannot recall his name, he worked at the Valet Parking area during late afternoon and night time. He has been very patient with us and generous. Everyone overall was incredible generous and there's been multiple times when staff has done more...

"The TV didn’t work properly for both nights I was there. Had to call maintenance both times . Very frustrating trying to watch anything. Plug in bath tub had to be removed from drain to allow it do drain during shower."

"Charge $55.00 a day to valet park, and no valets available - took 40 + minutes to get car. Promised $15 a day credit not only applied once for a two night stay. Will hesitate to stay again."

"The rooms are beautifully appointed. The King size room is huge. The bedding is amazing! Coffee in room. All bathing amenities in room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Cruz in concierge was very helpful!!"
