"The Gallatin is a cool, funky hotel in an up and coming neighborhood. Strong art vibe. Incredible restaurants and vintage thrift nearby as well as grocery stores and CvS/Wallgreens. Easy to get in and out with keypad access. Communication via email and text was timely and helpful. Perfectly situated just a few miles from Downtown Nashville and just far enough away to be out of the fray."

"Clean, super nice & communicative staff, great food, cool vibe. It’s quirky and comfortable. I would say far more geared to adults because it’s small w only a few rooms - I don’t recall seeing kids there, but it’s in a great location in E Nashville, college age & up."

It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance."

"The room was HUGE and the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was also huge and so was the shower, and it was so clean! The staff weren’t the most conversational but that was honestly perfect cause everything got done fast and I didn’t feel pressured to have a full conversation after a long drive. They also fixed my room key immediately when it wasn’t working. Genuinely great place and will probably stay here again when I come back to Nashville!"

"The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!"

"Great home base for CMA fest. Onsite food options are limited but there is no lack of restaurants in this area. Lot’s of construction around the area but the hotel can’t do anything about the noisy neighbors."

"Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area."

"Loved the entire experience however the hotel was in the process of a remodel which limited access to some of the amenities. Staff was amazing, hotel is beautiful. Only blocks from Nissan Stadium and Broadway (easy walk to both)."

"The front desk personnel were rude and did not care about the customer. There should be instructions on how to operate the TV. Finally I have given a good rating because for the price it was 2 bedroom and 2 bath and in a good location for access to downtown activities. Finally the beds fit in the rooms but are very small for two people."

"Nice stay, but we had an unexpected expense which was an extra $30 to self park or $35 for valet. When you pay for a room parking for a guest should ALWAYS be free, because you have already PAID. No warning about the major construction of the stadium next door and no where to park so you're forced to pay to stay. Times are tuff enough as it is."
